Hello!

I’m the People Manager at Annapurna - a global recruitment business based in London. I began my career in Talent but now cover all areas of HR. We implemented HiBob in 2018 and it’s been a great platform with loads of great updates since then! 

I’m interested in utilising the platform, as I’m sure there’s lots we can do better. I’m also keen to meet & network with other HR professionals 😊

Hello all! 

Happy to be here. I am Sophie McAdam Clark, I’ve recently started a new role as People Ops Director with Tquila Automation (high growth start up) we are an automation consultancy based out of Austin Texas, UK and Romania. I decided to implement Bob in my first month here, into my second month now and getting ready to launch with the team. 

I’ve joined this community as I am keen on sharing our ideas on how you’ve all used automation to streamline your processes - what’s worked well within your teams etc. 

Right now, I’m passionate about getting our ducks in order, super excited to be using Bob as a tool to help with this. Really looking forward to the amazing things we can do to make the employee experience enjoyable and slick!

Hello there I’m Karen Head of Employee Experience at DirectID.  We rolled bob out Dec 2021 and have been finding our way.  We are a rapidly growing fintech with 100% remote/flexible working.  We have no offices and hire around the world.  42 brilliant people and growing.  We love bob but am quite convinced we are not getting all the benefits from the automation and really testing as we go. 

I think this community is a brilliant idea to crowd source ideas and information.  I know this is something the People community does really well so looking forward to it.

Hello fellow Bob’ers,

I am the Head of HR for DSP Concepts, an audio software tech startup  based in Santa Clara, California, with offices in Stuttgart, South Korea, Taiwan. Our team is mostly in Northern California, Boston, and Detroit, with remote employees throughout the US. I implemented Bob in July 2020 and am very excited about how Bob is constantly releasing features and modules that have been so helpful as our company grows in complexity and geographically. We recently implemented OKRs and goal setting using Bob, a welcome departure from Word and Excel manual documents. I’ve been looking forward to connecting with like-minded HR professionals to exchange ideas and solutions within the Bob community.

I’m head of People & Culture for Fluevog Shoes, a fashion shoe and accessories company spanning North America, Europe, and Australia! We are so excited to have Bob, our company’s first HRIS. We are rolling it out in stages at the moment, having just introduced it to our head office team with great feedback. 

I’m looking for all your collective wisdom and knowledge for this great product, I have extensive experience with the “other” B-named HRIS, and while I’m delighted by all the additional features available, I’m still learning how it all works together.

Hi Everyone,

I’m the People & Performance Director at Modulous - a tech scale up in the property technology/construction technology sector. 

We’re predominantly London based with a small presence in the United States. Bob is our second attempt at a HRIS and we love it, but feel we can get more from the existing capabilities.

We’ve implemented the performance module, some ad-hoc surveys and make full use of the workflows for onboarding. We intend to implement the Compensation module and Your Voice pretty soon, as well as make better use of the ELF 1:1 features and the employee engagement offering. Our next major initiative will be building out a corporate learning academy with Moodle.

Really glad that there’s a community here to bounce ideas and learn from around Bob functionality.  I’ve been reading some of the posts today and it has been helpful to see what others are doing, experiencing with Bob.

Glad to be joining a community that is passionate about People. I am the Head of People & Culture at a Fintech start-up called Digizoo.

We have implemented Hibob last week and we are still in the phase of people engaged with the platform. We have a remote first approach and also a team across all the generations.

I am really interested to learn about the different approaches other companies have to ensure that everyone stays engaged.

Hi everyone, it’s so great to be part of this community!

I am the PEOPLE & Culture Manager at Experiencegift in Amsterdam. I have been hired to build the PEOPLE department from scratch, exciting! I chose Hibob as our new HRSystem and I am in the first phase of the implementation so very much looking forward to learning from you all :)

I’m Jen, a People Coordinator (Reward) for ManyPets. We are a pet insurance fintech based in the UK, US and Sweden. I’ve worked here since we were a small start up and enjoy watching us scale up. We are now 500+ employees in three countries. 

 

Myself and the other two People Coordinators are responsible for Bob. We moved to Bob from People HR in September 2021 as it’s so much more customisable and suits our company more.

Hi everyone, 

I’m Grégory, HR Manager at Innovative Language, a company providing online teaching services and solutions for more than 30 languages. Our main office is in Tokyo (where I am), but we have people all over the world.

Our company started to use HiBob more or less when I joined them at this position, so I’m in charge of supervising this amazing tool and push for a more global use. So far, HiBob has been an amazing tool but as others have said, I know we’re still not using it at its full capacity.

I’m a big believer of communication, an act apparently so simple, yet so complex inside companies. Siloing is my nightmare and I’m trying to constantly fight it.

I’m looking forward to sharing experiences and see also how other people are using HiBob.

I’m Zoe from Australia, and I am the Head of People Operations at disco.ac, a tech start-up in the music industry. We are a fully remote company based in Melbourne Australia, but our staff range in location from Australia to the USA, London and Europe.

As a smaller company in the growth phase, we moved to Bob approximately 6 months ago.

I would love to connect with others in the tech or remote/global space. Things I am super passionate about (and generally won’t shut up about) include -

I am Leanne and I am the People and Talent Partner at Air Accounting, a modern accounting business with team members based in both Sydney, Australia and the Philippines. I am in a standalone role and have been leveraging Bob to assist with all things people-related.

I’m Elena, originally from Ukraine 🇺🇦 but currently living in Kenya. I’m Head of HR for Watu Africa. We are growing rapidly and are now over 2600 people in 6 countries across Africa. Bob has been of immense help to us in terms of organising our data, creating a streamlining processes and engaging our people.

Hi everyone!

I’m Jaakko, People Services Manager at Next Games in Helsinki, Finland. We develop mobile games based on movies and tv-series. Netflix acquired us in April, so we’re now starting to develop games to their platform. We’ve got 130+ people, most living in Helsinki, but we’ve been hiring more and more fully remote people.

We have just implemented bob - we rolled it out this morning to the whole staff. Everyone has been really happy with using it, it’s all very intuitive :) Helps a lot with preboarding and onboarding. And I have to say the data import feature was really comfortable to use - kudos for that!

I’m super interested in hr systems, analytics and I love working with excel. Although, bob’s out-of-the-box dashboards reduces manual excel work I’ve had to do before.
