Hi All,Has something changed in the MCP, as Claude is now saying it cannot access profile field data for leavers, turning our Exit Interview analysis into guesswork. I am sure this worked a few weeks ago.(I am an Admin, so my MCP can see everything) The search tool's own instructions say that for non-employed people you should pass their lifecycle status in the filters. When I do that, it rejects every value ("Terminated", "terminated", "Employed"), even though HiBob's list data confirms "Terminated" is a valid value. The documented way to find leavers fails. Name search and the leavers-in-date-range tool can both see terminated people, so your account isn't blocked from leaver records in general. What fails is reading their profile fields, including the exit interview section.

Does anyone have any idea how we can set up a new Leave Policy for Parental Leave for the employee to take at half pay? I can see that the UK Payroll has the ability but can’t see it as an option here in AUS

Hi! We have at the moment OnBoarding plan in excel (image below as an example) and at the moment our Executive Assistant manage this. They organizes calendar invitations and Teams meetings et cetera which relates to this. How could we transfer the contents of this excel file to HiBob and use HiBob to do all this work for her? Thanks in advance for all the help and answers.

Hi, I am pretty new in setting up this and need help if someone can -In Denmark, the vacation year runs from 1 September to 31 August. They accrue 25 vacation days per year, which equals 2.08 days per month.In addition, they have 5 vacation-free days (feriefridage), which are accrued at 0.42 days per month. (They show in hours in payroll system, so not sure what the case is in Bob)My questions: Are the days automatically re-set from 1 sept when the cut off is?  How can I see the setting, if employees are allowed to have negative balance. We would like them to be able to have it, but not sure whats in the setting in BOB.  //Jaya 

I am following up on a question I asked in today’s Talent module Launch Program, as I have got so far but am now stuck!  In our company, an employees ‘manager’ is not the person responsible for performance reviews, feedback etc.  I have created an employee reference field in the employee profiles for the person that is - their Career Coach. I need the Career Coach to be able to play the role of  a ‘manager’ for their assigned employees in the performance review process.  I have set up a cycle as suggested, removing the ‘manager’ review’ and adding a ‘career coach’ review type, but I do not think that this achieves what I need, as in the cycle settings I cannot set it up such that the Career Coach sees the self review, upwards feedback and peer feedback, which is what I need.  I can see that I can ‘replace manager’ for individuals on the cycle summary page, but I would like this to either be an overall system setting or a cycle setting as 90% of our employees would need this change. How

Hi everyone,I'm hoping to understand how other Australian organisations are handling Long Service Leave in HiBob when an employee's contracted hours change over time.As many of you will know, HiBob stores leave balances in hours or days, rather than weeks. This has raised a question for us regarding Long Service Leave, which accrues as a weeks-based entitlement.For example (VIC):Employee works for 7 years at 0.5 FTE (19 hours per week). At 7 years, they become entitled to approximately 6.067 weeks of LSL. We assign a balance of 115.273 hours (19 × 6.067). The employee later increases to full-time (38 hours per week).Our concern is that if the balance remains at 115.273 hours, the employee can only take around 3 weeks of leave at their new hours, even though their underlying entitlement is still 6.067 weeks.This raises a couple of questions:Has anyone received payroll or legal advice on how this should be managed? The category is called “sick leave” and the data fields are sick leave start date and sick leave end date.If an employee reports sick, the start and end dates should be automatically entered into the data fields.Unfortunately, I can't get it to work and would be happy to receive any advice.Thank you very much.
