Heartcore HR is the place where all HiBob customer can connect, learn, and grow - both as an HR leader and as a power-user of Bob. That means this is the place to get help from your fellow community members and share your own expertise with others.
 

Bobbers (HiBob employees) are present in the community and may occasionally participate in some discussions. However, it’s important to understand that they are not the primary responders. Our goal in launching Heartcore HR is to enable a community of peer support and learning.

The Help Center is your first line of help. Read an article or watch a video on how to use Bob before taking your questions to the community. To learn more, see How do I use the help center?

With that in mind, if you require official, in-depth support (think time-sensitive product questions, possible bugs, or billing issues), we encourage you to use the search feature at the top of the community, which pulls through all past community posts (from the community) and Help Articles (from the HiBob Help Center).
