How to identify a "Peer" for performance reviews

hi, I was testing performance reviews with peer review in it and it seems there are no notifications sent to the reviewee, nor their manager to invite reviewers. Is it correct or have I missed some crucial settings to enable it?

@Urszula Kawa After the performance cycle launches, everyone who is a part of the review cycle will receive email invitations and they can even access it within Bob by navigating to Talent > My reviews.

There is not any specific setting for enabling invitation emails, however, it might be worth checking if the notification for the specific employee are enabled.
