Moderation: In users we trust
Our moderation approach is based on trust. If there’s one thing we’ve learned working in the HR industry, it’s that trust forms the basis for productivity and creativity. Within Heartcore HR, we will trust our members to create a community that everyone will be proud to use. Therefore, the user content of Heartcore HR will not be pre-moderated.

Here are the basic rules of engagement that apply to our moderation policy:

  • While we love a good discussion, we reserve the right to amend or remove any or all posts that do not adhere to our community guidelines.

  • We encourage members to report inappropriate behavior to community moderators to help us keep the community a safe space for everyone.

  • Please read through our guidelines below as this sets the direction and requirements for moderation.

Guidelines: What keeps us going

Be inquisitive: Participation is the best way to help the community grow. We encourage participation through questions and answers. Feel free to ask anything—no question is too small. If you have an answer, comment and spark a conversation.

Be inclusive: Heartcore HR is inclusive of all members’ personal and professional ideologies. Our community includes peers and partners across industries, regions, and cultures, leading to a blend of brilliance and belonging. We also welcome members along different stages in their HR journey.

Be relevant: As new conversations are created, we ask that you look closely at the topic areas to make sure you are posting in the right category. This ensures that the right people see your post and it gets the attention it deserves. Always feel free to explain why you are sharing.

Be respectful: Please help us keep Heartcore HR a respectful space for everyone. Any form of abusive language (i.e. hate speech, discrimination, and harassment) will not be tolerated. This includes direct messages to members. HiBob reserves the right to amend content and remove users at any time.

Be supportive: The Heartcore HR community is a place for peers and professionals to support each other with ideas and discussions. This community does not act as Bob product support in any way. If you need product support, please contact Support.

Be modest: If you are hosting an upcoming HR event, want to tell us about your company, or even self-advertise, please be in touch with a HiBob moderator for review and approval prior to posting.
