I’m Karen. I’m the People Operations Manager at Support Partners. We are a remote company, and I am from the Raleigh, North Carolina, USA area. 

Right now, one big challenge I’m focused on is reskilling/working with AI. I use AI every single day to help get stuff done more efficiently but there are lots of resources available that aren’t being utilized. I love a world where we say “I wonder how we can make that happen” instead of saying it can’t be done.

Hi, I’m Emilee Cruz, based in Israel and leading customer training and learning at HiBob alongside my amazing team. We manage the HiBob Training Village, designing learning experiences that empower HR leaders, teams, and partners to drive HR success and make the most of Bob. Our goal is to create impactful experiences that support our customers’ (both present and future) growth, such as the Leading with Influence program, while strengthening their ability to build great workplaces.

Hey, I’m Ora, Customer Marketing Manager at HiBob for the past almost-2 years, some call me OZ. Born and raised in Paris (you’ll hear it soon enough!), and now live with my little family (including a 4-year-old Frozen fan).

Hello Community.

I am Dave Burns of Zepz (UK based remittance Fintech), based in the US (Oregon).  In my role I lead all things relating to Payroll, People Ops, & Tech tools. 

My big Challenge?  

We’ve just signed with HiBob and will soon commence our migration off Workday and Greenhouse as our primary platforms, onto HiBob.  So in addition to considerations of any implementation, I’m particularly focused on (hopefully) offering our ~850 global employee users spanning 20 countries, a much more seamless and satisfying end to end employee experience.  I’m just beginning to dig through the Community message archives, but will appreciate a nudge towards any specific threads that may be of interested for me.

I am really grateful to have received the invite to join this community!  I’m Siobhan Wright, Chief People Officer and I am based in London working for a global financial services business.  My team and I have been with Bob for a few years now and we have just migrated over to the new Bob Hiring module which is exciting!   Our teams love Bob as it has become such an integral part of our employee engagement tools.

Like a lot of companies we are faced with the hybrid/office working debate and the fact that we used to run so many engagement events as part of our culture, which were highly attended by employees, but recently as we have had to review the size of our business, morale and culture has become a challenge to boost.   We want to ensure that in 2026 we have some new office spaces that really show employees the company’s investment in them to provide fantastic office working environments for them to want to be co-working together more frequently.  We can then start to rebuild some of the social, face to face events that people are missing.  

Something fun / surprising about me - I am a keen golfer in my spare time having recently learnt to play I am very focused on improving and getting my handicap down to a competent level!
