Hi everyone! I'm Hedfran (but please call me Heddy), Director of Global HR at Arkose Labs, a cybersecurity company with about 200 employees spread across the US, UK, Spain, Costa Rica, Argentina, India, and Australia.

I'm based in San Francisco, CA and have 25 years of HR experience across all subsystems, working with global companies. Currently knee-deep in our HiBob implementation and excited to connect with others navigating the platform. My team and I manage everything from global benefits and HR compliance to employee relations across multiple time zones and legal jurisdictions.

Hi everyone! I’m Kathy Holmes, a former Global Head of HR for a financial services firm. After leaving corporate HR, I’ve been focused on supporting small and mid-sized businesses through fractional CPO work and project-based People Operations support.

I recently became a Certified Advisory Partner and absolutely love the Bob platform. Honestly, where was Bob 14 years ago? I sure could have used it. 🙂

I’m passionate about helping companies navigate the fast pace of change, especially with AI, while also supporting the HR professionals who are carrying so much of that change inside their organizations.

HR can be a lonely job. We hold a lot, often quietly, and I care deeply about creating more support, clarity, and breathing room for the people doing this work.

I'm Marisell from Colombia , and I work in Global Payroll at Whitestack, managing payroll across several Latin American countries.

One of the biggest challenges I'm currently focused on is implementing HiBob, integrating it with our payroll platforms, and adapting the system to comply with each country's labor and payroll regulations.

Fun fact: I'm currently learning English, and AI has become one of my study partners.

My background has been in HR for the last 11 years. About 1.5 years ago, I met Bob, and here I am now 😁 A few months ago, I also joined the Partner Program.

I work as an HR consultant, focusing mainly on Bob and helping companies get more value from using it. In practice, that often means helping teams clean up their HR processes, set up Bob in a smarter way, and make daily HR work easier.
