On the Working Patterns Library page, you will see that your patterns are currently being used by "X sites, Y people".
When it states "0 people", it can cause some confusion, but it doesn’t necessarily mean the pattern isn’t being used!
Here’s what these numbers mean:
- Sites: The number of Sites set up with this working pattern as their default. Employees in those sites who are assigned to the site’s default working pattern are consequently assigned to this pattern.
- People: The number of people who are individually and statically assigned to this working pattern.
This means a working pattern can show “0 people” while still being used by employees through their site’s default working pattern.
