You can use the Show Future Balance tool on the Time Off Balances page to see how an employee’s balance will change in upcoming cycles.

When future balance is not available
In some cases, the future balance won’t display. This happens for:

Policies with unlimited balance

Policies using an Annual cycle with monthly accrual

Policies that accrue hours based on hours worked
-
Policies the employee has been unassigned from (manually or due to termination or long-term leave)
-
Policies the employee will be assigned to in the future that use different cycle settings
