At the moment, it’s not possible to hide the clock in/out widget from the homepage for specific employees while keeping it visible for others.
The attendance widgets feature toggle is a global setting. This means:
* If it’s enabled, the clock in/out widget appears on the homepage for all employees
* If it’s disabled, the widget is hidden from the homepage for all employees
* When disabled, it will also be removed from the My attendance page on the web for all employees
There isn’t a way to apply this setting selectively to certain employees or groups.
It’s important to note that the mobile app is not affected by the homepage widget toggle. The clock in/out option will still appear in the mobile app, so employees who need to track attendance can continue to do so there.
The current options are either keeping the widget visible for everyone or using the global toggle to hide it from the homepage while maintaining mobile access for those who need it.
If more granular control is required, this would need to be addressed through a product feedback request.
