Time Off import error "This policy does not allow requesting time off with full or half day durations"

You’ll see this error when trying to import time off and the policy has the following setting enabled: “Allow employees to request partial time off for multiple days”.

As this blocks request imports, you can overcome this challenge by temporarily disabling this setting while you make the import.

1. Go to Time > Time Off Settings

2. Click on the relevant policy

3. Actions > Edit

4. Within the 'Request' section, turn off the setting “Allow employees to request partial time off for multiple days.”

5. Complete your import.

6. Re-enable the setting once the import is done.
