Allow me to clarify what the feature does, it allows you to confirm whether the amount entered in the part-timer's day is viewed as their 'full day' (1), Or as a percentage compared to the FTE.
In other words, an employee may have Monday 8 hours, Tuesday 8 hours, Wednesday 4 hours.
This is a total of 2.5 days a week. If the employee requests this off then bob would by default deduct 3 days off.
Strange I know but it views the 4 hours on Wednesday as contractually the employees full day.
If you enable this feature it will then view these 4 hours compared to their full day. Changing the deduction of the request to 2.5 from 3.
