Hello everyone,
Would anyone be available to help support an existing customer who wants to speak to another customer on this topic. The company is a global company that has some employees based in Germany.
They would like to understand the work council processes in Germany as they are not familiar with this?
Ideally, someone who understand how works council processes are mapped in Bob and also learn from others’ experiences.

Hey, we have employees in Germany and a works council. I wasn’t with the org during the Bob launch but my People Partner was. The German group, based in Berlin, are small approx. 30 employee and 3 on the WC. We don’t have WC processes in Bob - we complete the recruitment form/approval outside of the system and then progress through the ATS. So may not be overly helpful for you!
