The Payroll and Self-triggered folders are system-generated folders that come built into Bob by default.
Because these folders are part of the system, they have built-in restrictions that prevent them from being deleted. If you try to delete either folder, you may see an error message after confirming the deletion. This is expected behavior and not a bug.
These folders are reserved for specific task types, and Bob keeps them in place to maintain system integrity.
Payroll folder
Cannot be deleted.
Can be renamed if you'd like it to appear differently in your task list.
Self-triggered folder
Cannot be deleted.
Cannot be renamed due to stricter system restrictions.
If you see an error when attempting to delete either folder, no action is required—the folder is working as designed.
