It can happen in this scenario:
When you add an auto-scheduled task list that has only "Employed" lifecycle status under “Applies to” AND the task list is connected to a new hire flow, it will trigger based on the creation date as it does not include new hires.
Why was a task list with the anchor date “Start date” triggered based on the creation date?
