There are two possible reasons for data not populated to task list annotation setup:
1. Task list owner (or the user to trigger the task list manually) doesn't have permissions to view the annotation in employee profile
2. Data was typed into the Bob profile after the individual task was triggered - this can be checked in the audit trail of the employee profile.
How to check:
-Follow the trigger timestamp in Tasks -> Manage tasks
-Go to employee profile and check fields History audit (bottom of profile) to compare
