Why is a task list scheduled before start date, not triggered?

This is expected as the lifecycle included for this task within the ‘Applies to’ is set to LIFECYCLE = EMPLOYED

In order for the task list to be triggered BEFORE the employee's start date, you will need to ensure that the lifecycle status HIRED is also included in the ‘Applies to’ section.

This will allow the task list to recognize hired statuses and trigger based on this “Applies to” group, so include new hires.
