Triggering a task list when terminating an employee

If you include the task in the Termination flow, you will have the option to select when the task list should be trigger:

Now: The task list will be trigger as soon as the termination flow is approved/completed
Future date: Select an specific date for the task list to trigger
Anchor event: You can set a specific date field to be the trigger date.

Note: Before including the task list to the flow, make sure to remove the scheduling.
