The Task List will only trigger once the Time Off request is APPROVED and with anchor date of the first Time Off day.

Is this the case if the time off is in the past?

I set a Time Off based task list to autoschedule, so that when someone books sick leave the People team receive an email. I set it to 100 days prior to the Time Off date so they knew in advance, but it doesn’t seem to be working? Many people book sick leave retrospectively in the system so need to allow for this as well.

HI @Sarah Shearer !

If your anchor date is in the past, tasks will only trigger if the triggering is set on anchor date(up to 7 days after the original time off date) or after anchor date(up to 7 days from the date the task should have triggered).
In cases where the task is set to trigger before the anchor date, the task will not trigger if the anchor date is in the past.

Let me know if this helped.

I the Task list also triggered if we have a no approval setting?

Hi @Kerstin Lausen! yes, since the request will simply be auto-approved. So once it’s submitted it will be approved right away.
