Tasks on termination date not triggering when termination is entered retroactively

When you enter a termination date retroactively, and you have tasks that are set “ON Termination date”, if the termination date was entered in less than 7 days after the termination date, the task should trigger.

If it doesn’t trigger, it might be because the task list does not include “Terminated” employees under the “Applies to” section.

Does it also apply to tasks scheduled before termination date? If I have a task list scheduled during notice period i.e. 30 days before the termination date, will it also be triggered in case the termination is entered for up to 7 days after the actual termination took place? Thanks!
