When a Task list is triggered manually, all the conditions in the task list setup are disregarded.
In this case, we suggest adding the conditions to the individual tasks, as this will allow the system to enforce them.
In sum, for task lists that are manually triggered, the conditions must always be added to individual tasks instead of the main Task list settings.
