Notifiers on flows will receive an email once the flow is completed.

**By adding the employee to receive notifications you are giving them access to view all the data in the flow, even if they don’t have permissions to view this data.
The data will only be visible in the approval flow for them.

Hello! Will this eventually change? It limits the ability to notify back office partners of employee status changes since there is sensitive information that they should not have access to based on the permissions (for example: compensation) but they do require to be aware of Job Title Changes, New Managers, New Direct Reports etc.
