How to replace an approver when updating a Flow

If Bob prevents you from replacing an approver in a flow, resetting the approver configuration can allow you to add the new approver successfully.

For example, you may encounter this when updating the approver in a Termination or Work change flow.

To reset the approver configuration:

1. Open the relevant flow and go to Additional steps.
2. Disable the Approvers toggle.
3. Click Save, then Done.
4. Leave the flow.
5. Open the flow again and return to Additional steps.
6. Enable Approvers.
7. Add the new approver.
8. Click Save, then Done.
