How to check if and how a Task List was triggered

Bob has a dedicated Report template to display details about the Task lists triggered in your company.

 

To see the report, please head to Analytics > Reports > Add report > Create from scratch or template > Templates > Task list report

 

From there you can view triggering method in the "Scheduling trigger" column:

- Manual: The task was triggered manually from the employee's profile, the People Directory or via a New hire flow.

- Based on trigger date: The task was triggered automatically based on an Event or Event date.

- Manual via flow: The task was triggered via a People data update, Leave, Parental Leave or Termination type flow.
