Excluding Employees from a Scheduled Task List

To exclude a population from a scheduled task list, these are the options:

  1. By a condition - ex: only employees with certain value on a field (OOTB or custom field) - it means that other without that value will be excluded.
     
  2. By adding the anchor event to the condition and as only if the anchor event is greater than a certain date - it means the employees with anchor event before (i.e when uploading historical data via import) will be excluded.
     
  3. Bob is automatically excluding if the anchor event is more than 7 days back.
