If you see the message “Value too long” when trying to approve a flow, it means one of the text fields contains more characters than the system allows.

This usually happens when the Reason field of a approval flow exceeds the character limit.
To fix it:
1. Cancel the current flow
2. Recreate and resubmit the flow for approval
3.Shorten the text so it fits within the field’s character limit
Once the text is shortened, the approval should go through without any issue.
