The error: 'OOPS… String value expected' occurs when a mandatory field such as email or first name that’s hard-coded into Bob has been moved to a custom category and the custom category has been archived. Generally It will be either email, first name, last name or start date field.
You can’t archive these fields normally, but Bob allows us to move one of these fields to a custom category and then archive the custom category.
To fix this, we need to restore the custom category.
