Use task conditions to trigger different tasks for managers and employees.

 

You can create a task list that includes different tasks for different employees by adding conditions to each task.

 

For example, you can create two tasks in the same task list:

One task for employees

Set the condition to: Is a Manager equals No

One task for managers

Set the condition to: Is a Manager equals Yes

 

This way, Bob triggers the relevant task based on whether the assignee is a manager or not.
