Hi!

Is anyone here responsible for implementing Pay Transparency? 
I would love to meet up to discuss different ways of handling this and how to use HiBob in the best way.

    Hi,

    We are in full swing preparing for the directive and using Hibob (partly) to do this. Me and my colleague working on this are located in Helsingborg, so we would be happy to meet fellow bobbers and share knowledge :-).

    I’m just in discussion with Bob on how they can support in this and also salary mapping as I currently use Sysarb for this but is open to change. I’d be interested in joining to see you user cases on this.

    We have an office at Gamla Väster in Malmö, 5 minutes walk from train station so I could host a meetup.

      We are also currently using Sysarb as the foundation for the job evaluations as this is not something provided by Hibob. When this exercise is done we “translate” the jobs in Sysarb to our job catalogue in Hibob. A bit tricky, but we believe that we have found a work-around that is helpful for our organization. Happy to meet up! :-)
