Surveys vs Employee Lifecycle Feedback (ELF)

Hi, I want to do a survey for Onboarding satisfaction and I will need to see the answers and feedbacks from the employees and this should not be anonymous. We are trying to improve the process and we will need to check who has filled in the form 

When you mentioned ‘ELF is conducted on a  case by case basis for employees at different stages of their lifecycle in the company (e.g. onboarding, offboarding), whereas surveys should be done for a company as a whole to gauge employee satisfaction/engagement.’ 

It should not be conducted on a case by case. It will need to be conducted to every new hire - we need the data.

Yes, you can still use the ‘Employee lifecycle feedback’ surveys to gather this information. 😀

Hi @Claudia Ines - thank you for the above. We are already using ELF for conducting our onboarding experience survey and it works well, but when it comes to analising the outout I am struggling with finding a way to do it based on all responces and not one by one case. You say that you can also see the results collected per form for ELD - how do you do that?

You can use the ‘Feedback’ report found in the Reports section under Analytics 🤓
