Sending the Same Employee Lifecycle Feedback Form Multiple Times to a Manager / Employee

If you’re trying to use Employee Lifecycle Feedback to measure recruitment KPIs or collect recurring input and notice that the same feedback form can’t be sent more than once to the same person (manager or employee), this is expected behavior.

In Employee Lifecycle Feedback, each feedback form can only be sent once per recipient. This means that if the same manager or employee needs to provide feedback more than once in the same period (for example, a manager with multiple hires in one month, or an employee asked to complete the same survey again), the same lifecycle feedback form can’t be sent again.

This limitation is built into the system to prevent duplicate submissions on the same form.

If you need to collect recurring feedback from managers or employees, there are two supported ways to handle this:

  1. You can duplicate the feedback form and give each version a slightly different name. Many teams include the hire’s name, employee name, role, or a time reference (such as the month or quarter) in the form name. Each duplicated form can then be sent again to the same manager or employee without restriction.
  2. Alternatively, you can use Performance Review cycles instead of lifecycle feedback. Create a performance cycle with the relevant review type (for example, a manager or employee review), keep the cycle open for a longer period, and add participants as needed. This setup allows the same person to submit feedback multiple times, and the results can be reviewed in the cycle’s Results tab or downloaded as a report.
