Why can’t I access Bob in China?
Bob does not currently have a data center in Mainland China. Because of the country’s strict internet regulations (often referred to as the “Great Firewall”), certain subdomains and third-party services required for Bob may be blocked, affecting access.
What does this mean for me?
Many of our customers in China have reported accessing the platform through secondary connections their IT departments have been able to establish. This means that if you are in Mainland China and can't access Bob, you might find it helpful to engage with your IT department. They may be able to explore options for a network connection to help you log in and use the platform.
