If you need to find out which employee profiles were deleted or who deleted them, here’s what’s currently available in Bob.
Bob does not currently provide a report or audit log showing deleted employee profiles or who deleted them.
Deleted profile data is retained securely in the backend for 60 days, but this information is not available through a report or interface in Bob. Deleting an employee profile is irreversible, and the profile cannot be restored.
For employees who have left the company, we recommend terminating the employee instead of deleting their profile. This preserves their historical information in Bob while updating their employment status appropriately.
Bob’s Audit and Changes reports can help you track changes made to existing employee information, including who made specific changes. However, these reports do not provide an audit trail for deleted employee profiles.
If your organization needs to keep a record of profile deletions, you’ll need to track this separately.
