Scheduled reports take into consideration the creator’s user permissions when sending the report.
If the creator of the scheduled report changed its permissions, the report might come empty or with missing columns based on the user permissions.
This tends to happen if they suddenly lose permissions for payroll viewing permissions or if the owner leaves and someone else who owns the report doesn’t have the same permissions as the previous owner.
Scheduled reports are sent by the language of the report owner.
So for example, if my Bob is in German, the fields in the scheduled report will be German as well, even if the receiver has Bob in english.
