The Category Changes filter in Reports helps you surface employees who’ve had a change in a selected category—like department, site, or employment type. Once selected, the report shows all category changes for those employees, not just the one you filtered by.
This filter is available in various reports within Analytics.
If you're looking to filter specific data points (like only the rows related to the category change itself), consider using the Audit - Category/Table advanced filter in the Audit report instead. That option focuses on the change records themselves, not just the employees involved.
