Allow employees to see new hires.

I came across your post while looking for a way to display the “New Hires” feature on the homepage for all employees. I adjusted the permissions as described in your screenshot, but the only thing that changed is that the new hire is now visible to themselves - no other new colleagues are shown, and existing employees still don’t see any new hires. Do you know what I did wrong?

Can you elaborate on what do you want to accomplish? Do you want that anyone in your company can see future “New Hires”, meaning those that have not started yet but will do in the next couple of days/weeks/months? If so, the “New Hire” widget itself only shows those that have already started. I personally could not find anything about how the set up for the widget can be changed, I suspect those are not changeable even for us full-admins.

Yes, exactly. I would have liked to be able to use the “New Hires” feature so that all employees can see on the bob homepage that a new employee has started - or at least has begun working.
So, for example, if Fritz started with us on June 1, all employees should be able to see that on the homepage. Right now, though, only Fritz can see on his homepage that he started on June 1. The same thing happens when multiple employees start. Everyone can only see themselves as a new hire on the homepage. Something must be set up wrong on our end, but I just can’t find the error :(
