Action 'Tab' not visible for Managers

If the user/manager does not have permission to trigger any flows (for example, the ability to trigger flows are all turned off), the actions tab will disappear from their visibility on employees profiles.

Hi Daniel

I have a manager, with the permission to trigger “Change in Payroll data permanent workers flow”, but he does not have the tab in “Actions”.

Does anyone know how to fix this? 😊

I’d suggest double-checking that the manager also has view and edit permissions for all the categories included in that flow.

In addition, make sure the manager has the relevant permissions for the specific employee they’re trying to trigger the flow for.

If either of these is missing, the Actions tab may not appear, even if the flow itself is enabled for them 😊
