Why Peer Review Completion Shows 0/3 Even When Peers Submitted Feedback

If employees see a 0/3 peer review completion status even though some peers have already submitted feedback, this is expected behavior based on how peer review sharing is configured in the cycle.

In performance review cycles, the counter shown on the employee’s main review page only reflects peer reviews that are shared with the reviewee. It does not count peer reviews that were submitted but not shared.

For example, if three peers were requested and two of them completed their reviews, but the option to share peer feedback with the reviewee is disabled, the employee will still see 0/3 on their main review page. The feedback exists in the system, but since it isn’t shared, it isn’t included in the counter.

Admins can still see all submitted peer reviews—shared and unshared—by opening the cycle from Manage cycles and reviewing the peer assessment details there. This is why admins may see completed reviews while employees do not.
