The Skills Analytics section in Bob pulls its data from skills assessment questions in Performance Cycles.
The data only becomes available in Skills Analytics section after the cycle has ended.
So, if the cycle is still ongoing, the data from this cycle won't update to Skills Analytics while its running. Once the cycle ends, its the data is pulled automatically to this section.
