If you encounter an "Oops... something went wrong." error while trying to duplicate a review cycle, the issue may be related to the dates set in the reminders.

To resolve this:

  1. Remove all reminders from the review cycle.

  2. Save your changes.

  3. Attempt to duplicate the review cycle again.

This should allow you to successfully duplicate the cycle.
