Payroll Connect Report Is Missing From Pay Cycle Configuration

If a report such as Terminations does not appear as an option when configuring a Payroll Connect pay cycle, check the report field assignments in the Payroll Connect template.

A report becomes available in a pay cycle only after at least one vendor field has been assigned to that report in the template. If no fields are assigned to a report, it will not appear as an available option in the pay cycle configuration.

For example, if the Terminations report is missing:

  1. Open the relevant Payroll Connect template.
  2. Go to the report fields configuration.
  3. Check whether any vendor fields are assigned to the Terminations column.
  4. Assign the relevant fields to the report. Depending on your setup, these may include fields such as Identification, Termination date, and Termination reason.
  5. Save the template.
  6. Create a new pay cycle using the updated template.
  7. Check the available reports. The Terminations report should now be available to enable.

Keep in mind: If the report was added to the Payroll Connect template after the pay cycle was created, the existing pay cycle may not reflect the updated report configuration. Create a new pay cycle using the updated template and check the available reports again.
