Create a Course / Learning Path for New Starters in Bob

You can set up a simple Course / Learning Path in Bob to help new employees get started and make it mandatory for your team.

 

To do this:

  1. Go to Learning

  2. Manage Learning

  3. Courses > Create Course

  4. In the Curriculum section create a 'Rich text format lesson'

  5. Paste the information from our Getting Started with Bob for Employees guide into the lesson.

  6. Assign the lesson to your new starters so they can complete it as part of their onboarding. This can be done by either assign the Course manually through the Learning module or by creating a Task with the Course/Learning Path attached to it.

 

This way, your team will have a clear, structured introduction to Bob, and you can make sure everyone completes it.
