In Bob, we have two Start date fields 'Orignal Start date' and 'Start date'. If the Okta Service user does not have permission to 'view' one of these fields we will not be able to provision Hired employees before their start date:
By default these fields are included in the Work table, however, we can move these fields to another category. We need to ensure the Okta Service user has permission to 'View section' of the category that contains one of these fields.
Please check the following:

Check which fields these categories are in

If they are in different categories then grant permission to 'View section' of the category containing one of the fields

If the two fields are in the same category then we just need to grant permission to 'View section' of the category that contains both fields
