The best practice when transitioning from one SSO provider to the other is to first remove two users from the 'who to include' section in the first SSO integration settings and connect the second SSO integration while first only adding those two users.
This means that you first exclude the test users from the currently connected SSO audience (without disabling the SSO integration yet, just remove the user from the "who to include settings"), then configure the new SSO while including in the audience only the test users.
Other things to take into consideration:
- a. Ensure support access is granted before enabling the integration.
- b. Be aware of the fact that an SSO integration may take up to 24 hours to be enabled hence you should perform the enablement not within busy working hours and ideally not on a business day. You should treat it as a major IT maintenance task.
