When mapping Bob data with Okta SCIM, individual fields within a category can be mapped, but columns contained within a table cannot be used for mapping.
If you can’t find a field when configuring your Okta SCIM mapping, check how the data is set up in Bob.
- Individual fields within a category: Available for mapping.
- Columns within a table: Not available as fields for mapping.
If the data you want to map is currently stored in a table column, create it as an individual field directly within the relevant category.
If the existing table is no longer needed, you can archive it.
Once the individual field is created within the category, it will be available for mapping in Okta SCIM.
