This error appears when we have marked custom fields in Jira as 'Required' fields and one of the scenarios:

The field type is not supported in Bob e.g. 'Timestamp' and 'Dependant dropdown' field types are not supported in Bob

The field was not mapped

For the unsupported field, you will need to unmark them as 'Required' fields in Jira so that we can successfully sync Jira tickets
