If your ADP Workforce Now integration isn’t syncing correctly, the issue may be with how the SUI/SDI Tax Codes are mapped in Bob.
ADP uses both a state prefix and a numeric code (like CA-75), but Bob only recognizes the numeric part (75).
If the full code is entered in Bob’s value mapping, data won’t sync properly between ADP and Bob.
To fix it:

In Bob, go to System settings → Integrations → ADP Workforce Now US Integration.

Select the Value Mapping step.

Open the relevant field section.

For each Bob value (for example, California, New Jersey), enter only the numeric part of the ADP SUI/SDI Tax Code in the ADP API value field.

New Jersey (Taxing) → 21

New Jersey (Non-Taxing) → 85

Save your changes and run a quick sync to confirm that the mapping works correctly.
