Hibob recommends integrating with enterprise SSO 2-factor (2FA) authentication (such as Okta, Onelogin, Azure AD, and Google Workspace) in order to harden the password policy.

Hibob does not support 2FA/ MFA directly at this time.

Is 2FA on the roadmap, to make compulsory for all employees?

Hi, @Clark Atkinson.

Playing a bit of catch up this afternoon, so I’m sorry for the late reply here! If you haven’t found the answer yet, I have checked and don’t see this in the roadmap for now. You can contact your CSM to get a feature request created, though.

@Lewys Gammond-Phillips  I can see integrations within SSO and it works for SSO, but what if we do not want SSO and just want MFA? How do we achieve this or if we want SSO together with another layer of MFA? Thanks

I think that is a product limitation then, sorry, @HannahB! You can contact your CSM to be added to any relevant feature requests.

Hi @HannahB adding to @Lewys Gammond-Phillips

If you’re integration bob with an SSO integration you can set a MFA login flow via the IDP (the provider). If you would love to set an MFA without SSO this will require some workarounds around the redirection of the login flow. This is less common flow from what I’ve seen.

hope this is helpful

Thanks so much, @Noga Rosenberg!
