If you notice duplicate candidates records being created in Bob through your ATS integration, it’s usually related to how webhooks are configured in the ATS.
This typically happens when more than one webhook is set up using the same HiBob integration URL. When a candidate is marked as Hired, each webhook is triggered, sending the same candidate data to Bob multiple times.
To resolve this, we recommend reviewing your webhook setup in the ATS:
* Log in to your ATS
* Navigate to the webhook configuration area
* Check whether more than one webhook is using the same HiBob integration URL
* If you find duplicate or redundant webhook configurations, remove the extras
* Keep a single webhook configuration active for the HiBob integration
Once the duplicate webhook configuration is removed, newly hired candidates should only be created once in Bob going forward.
