Currently in the Bob UI for Azure setup multiple domains are not supported.
But the integration does have this functionality to be supported.
You will need to ensure the domains are defined in their Azure UPN (The User Principal Name (UPN) attribute is an internet communication standard for user accounts.)
The team has confirmed that this will be released on our UI but date TBC.
